The Town of East Spencer is near completion of a ten year comprehensive plan that will call for
rezoning and zoning refinement of most of the land mass within its corporate limits. The map below represents the current
zoning patterns within the corporate town limits.
Because housing is the major component of the comprehensive plan, the town seeks to raise the integrity of
its existing housing stock and promote new single residential construction.
Through the rezoning process, areas will be designated for multi-family structures to include market-rate
rental property and town housing.
